Following on from the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19), we at Homebird want you to know that the safety and welfare of our customers and employees is our number one priority.
Following on from government guidance and recommendations from the British Retail Consortium, we have steps in place to ensure that we can welcome you safely to our stores.
We have implemented safe shopping measures such as 2 metre social distancing and we have adapted our stores to allow more space to shop and arrows to guide our customers safely through our stores.
Homebird has introduced enhanced in-store cleaning routines and we have provided all our colleagues with hand sanitiser and PPE.
We will be opening our stores Thursdays – Mondays, closing only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to enable us to have set teams in place and to minimise any risk to our colleagues.
We are still able to fulfil our deliveries to your doorstep and our drivers operate a no-contact policy where necessary. As some of our products are delivered by our partner carrier, we will ensure that the same strict policies are also maintained.
