Deliveries

Sofa deliveries (including armchairs in sofa ranges, but excluding the Comfy Conrad Range); Homebird have partnered with furniture distribution specialists in order to provide a reliable service on all furniture deliveries. The delivery of your furniture will normally take place 6-8 weeks from the confirmation of your order. At the moment the lead time is approximately 10-11 weeks form order due to the Christmas holidays. A charge of £60 is added to your order at checkout for online sofa and armchair orders. The delivery charge for other furniture items, such as dining chairs, occasional chairs and tables, is calculated based on size and weight and will be added to your order upon checkout. This covers delivery within the UK mainland (excludes Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and parts of the Scottish Highlands). Please contact us if you require delivery to any excluded areas or any other country. Our logistics partner will contact you on the telephone number you submitted with your order to schedule a date for the delivery of your items. The day before the agreed date you will be contacted once again to set an approximate time of delivery (2-hour slot). It is important that you are able to accept the delivery on the agreed time and date. If you are not able to do so you have the option to reschedule the delivery. This must be done before 18:00 the day before the agreed date.

 

Deliveries of all other items; all other items are delivered within the UK mainland within 14 working days from confirmation of your order. We will do our very best to deliver as fast as possible. A delivery charge, calculated based on item type, weight and quantity, is added to your order at checkout. Unfortunately specific time slots can not be given, therefore please specify in the comments box when placing your order any delivery requests e.g. "leave with neighbour, behind gate". If no instructions are given the delivery may be delayed and a signature may be required.

 

For all deliveries the UK mainland represents the UK excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and any other islands or areas incurring extra charges to us when organising delivery (for example certain parts of the Scottish Highlands). Please contact us if you require delivery to any excluded locations.

All Homebird products are of high quality and it is of utmost importance to us that you are happy with the products and services delivered by us, however if you are unhappy with your products once they have been delivered we kindly ask you to contact us directly.
